Stairs to spacious & light open plan living area running the length of the house.
Microwave, Hob, Small Oven, Air-fryer, Tea & Coffee making facilities & a Fridge provided. Located in a tree lined road near to three Parks. A choice of three 'Gastro Pubs' within very easy walking distance [the nearest a four minute walk to the end of the road.] Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants in both Fiveways and Preston Road.
Sainsbury's Local is a 10 minute walk away.
Peaceful & calm - a 'home away from home'.

Free Parking - a space on private driveway available - a rarity for Brighton!

The Area and Transport

Peaceful & quiet, tree-lined location - yet minutes from central Brighton.
Total independence, completely self-contained.
ALL Brighton Theatres, including: The Theatre Royal, BOAT, The Dome & Brighton Centre within very easy reach. 18 mins by Bus to The Theatre Royal, or a 30 min walk [through Preston Park] to The Theatre Royal. Buses run all night and Bus Stops are [almost] right outside the house - both ways.
Close to both Brighton & Preston Park Station with direct services to London and Gatwick.
The 5B Bus stops right outside the house [this will take you directly to the centre of Brighton & Hove, the seafront [22 minutes] and all the main theatres.]
30 mins by car to The Capitol Horsham, 25 mins by car to Glyndebourne & 60 mins by car to Chichester Festival Theatres.

Two Hosts: Angie & Gary [& one timid cat - Twizzle] live in the main house.

Washing machine use upon request - located in main house.

Fantastic place to stay whilst performing in the Brighton Fringe. Angie and Gary were so welcoming, and helpful, I knew no question would be too silly. Whilst still feeling lovely privacy in the self contained space. If you’re working in Brighton this is a gorgeous place to come home to. And homely it definitely felt. Thank you for having me, and for coming to support our show ♥️

Lovely, bright, spacious flat on two floors with everything you need. Easy bus route into town. Had a very happy stay here. Great hosts. Highly recommend!
