The Area and Transport

I live in a modern 3 storey town house just south of the river, 5 minutes walk from the rail and bus stations and town centre, 10 minutes walk from the theatre. It is a quiet residential area.
I charge £30.00 per night and only accept bookings of 3 nights or more. For a week it is £175.00 and for a month £650.00.

This space is shared with 1 Host.

The house has 4 bedrooms. I only let one double. The other is my bedroom. One single is a drying room/study and the other is for friends who occasionally stay with me.
The kitchen/ diner is free to use but not my living room.
There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

Excluded Facilities

The living room on the middle floor is not for guest use.

Had a fantastic week staying at these lovely digs. Ro is a perfect host: kind, friendly, thoughtful and helpful while also giving space to allow you to relax in your downtime. Room is large and spacious too, lovely view through trees and Bath itself. It’s a pleasant 12-15 min walk to Bath Theatre Royal and handily this is via all the central shops and supermarkets. Highly recommended. Thanks lots, Ro!
