Living with Host
Spacious en-suite loft flatlet with kitchenette, with additional use of well equipped lodgers kitchen if required, and access to gardens. One side of the loft is the bedroom and bathroom area, and the other side has a living and dining area. Velux windows (with blackouts) on all sides give you access to light, fresh air and beautiful birdsong.
Alternatively, large double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and large window looking onto the garden. Kitchen in the basement for exclusive use of lodgers, landlady has separate kitchen.
3 storey Victorian house in a quiet tree lined street, close to parks and with lovely garden. Quiet and friendly house owned by legendary Liverpool theatre landlady.

The Area and Transport
Situated in a tree lined Avenue opposite Sefton Park this accommodation is very convenient for bus transport routes via Hope Street to the theatres and the city centre. There is also a handy route with an all night bus service. Shops, supermarkets takeaways and cafes are within easy walking distance and a nearby shopping area offers international food shops and cuisine. A walk across the park leads to Lark Lane and a wide choice of restaurants and coffee bars. Beautiful walks and green spaces nearby.

The loft has an exclusive bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and a dining area. The large, well equipped basement kitchen is for exclusive use of house guests. Back and front gardens are accessible to guests and the well tended back garden has a deck and two gazebos. The host’s kitchen and bathroom facilities are separate.

A wonderful and warm accommodation, with a lovely room and incredibly sleepable bed. Great proximity to sefton park for a relaxing break from town. Dinah is an ever so considerate host, making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Truly a home away from home!

Amazing digs! Basically your own little studio, so peaceful and quite. A bit away from city centre but I like a space away from work. Would definitely return.

Dinah and her daughter were lovely (ther daughter doesn't live in the house, but was there to let me in). The room was lovely and big, and private, and it's very easy to get to and from the theatre.

Dinah has been a perfect host, I felt at home in the spacious loft room as soon as I arrived. It is like having your own self contained accommodation. Dinah is such a lovely host and I would love to stay with her again!

Dinah upgraded me free of charge to the loft en suite and it was incredible. Huge space about the size of 4 double bedrooms. It had everything I need and Dinah was so helpful, kind and accommodating, and posted some things I left behind. Will rebook!

A very comfortable stay in this lovely house. Everything was great. It is a split ladder climb into the attic space but the room itself is more than worth it, light airy and spreading the whole width of the house. Would Definitely stay again.

Dinah was just lovely, and her little dog too, and my stay in her loft room was a very comfortable one, felt like my own space. Easy travel links to the Liverpool Empire via bus, walking or escooter. Great value and would stay again

Dinah is a superb host and couldn't have been more helpful during my stay. The loftwas a perfect stay with lots of room even for someone like myself who's over 6ft. A home away from home you won't be disappointed.

Just the loveliest stay was had here! Dinah couldn't have been more helpful, she left me to my business but I knew she was there if I needed anything. I lovely enclosed attic space and on road parking. She made my first pro job an unforgettable one!

Loved this place, nice relaxing private space in the loft. Nice quiet location. Dinah is a great host in a lovely house, the whole vibe of the house and other guests suited me down to a tee! Will defiantly book again if i go back to Liverpool

Dinah is a lovely host. The room was very nice and clean. Comfy bed. Quite a ways from the theatre but I loved using the Voi scooters to get to work each day (15 min).

Great digs in a lovely area. Large, bright room with a comfy double bed and good sized desk (single room). Guest kitchen in the basement. 2 minutes walk to the gorgeous Sefton Park. Very friendly & respectful host. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying with Dinah in the loft room, had my own little haven and everything I needed. Bed was super comfy and the whole stay was super easy. Highly recommend!

I had the most beautiful stay with Dinah, the loft space was so gorgeous I didn’t want to leave! Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout and Dinah and her sweet dog Poppy were both just lovely - couldn’t recommend enough!

A wonderful loft suite. Really private, comfortable and spacious. Also very snug despite raging storms outside! Great area too, near lovely parks and places to eat/drink. Dinah is a superb host, helpful, kind and relaxed. Have a wonderful stay.

The loft space is nice and cozy with lots of natural light. It's not ideal w/ a large case however, as the stairs are very steep- but Dinah is very accommodating with storage. Buses at the end of the road are pretty regular. Would 100% stay again.

Perfect place to stay whilst working in theatre. Extremely clean and comfortable home. Dinah was a delightful host and very helpful in every way. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in future.

Dinah is a lovely host. The room is very spacious in the attic and very comfortable. Bus service to The Empire is very easy and busses run late at night. I would definitely come back, great digs !

A truely wonderful and welcoming place to stay. Only a 15 min bus journey to the city centre and just round the corner from the shops too. Dinah was a lovely host, would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house, Dinah is really welcoming and the rooms have everything you need. The separate kitchen is well-equipped. Right by Sefton Park and just a very peaceful place to come home to after a long day!

Had a lovely stay with Dinah. The room was like my own separate apartment with complete privacy. The bus ride into town is straight forward and the park across the road is a great plus. Thank you for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

A lovely large room with an ensuite. With the blackout blinds and the extremely comfortable bed it was the best I've slept on tour in months. Dinah was very welcoming, friendly and was easy to get in contact with if needed.

it's about 15mn ride on a bike to the Empire which is lovely, same on the bus. Will definitely stay again +++++++

A quirky room which was very private once the loft hatch was down. Access to the room is awkward with a large bag but Dinah was very lovely and helped. The bathroom is more "enroom" rather than ensuite. Unusual but lovely digs

Felt so comfy here. I appreciated the privacy and comfy bed. Great having a separate kitchen and own kettle in my room. The room was bigger than I was expecting. Lovely. Thank you. Will try to book when next in Liverpool.

Dinah is amazing - very caring and thoughtful. The room is great - offering a completely separate, private and comfortable living/sleeping/washing area. Well worth a look for long stays.

The en suite loft was a great space to stay in while performing at Liverpool Empire, owner is friendly and helpful although I didn't see her very often. The place is quiet and peaceful and with the loft hatch down is very private and self contained.

Absolutely brilliant stay! It was great to have my own space up in the loft. Really homely feel, like having my own studio flat. Dinah was a lovely host, so accommodating and friendly! I'd happily stay there again next time I'm in Liverpool :)
