Living with Host

What does this mean?

This s a spacious room at the front of the house with sole use of the family bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The room has its own locking door and comes with its own Freeview TV. Towels and some toiletries will also be provided.
You will be welcome to use kitchen and garden area and will have a shelf in the fridge and cupboard space available for your use.
Rosie the cat is friendly but generally keeps to herself.

Guest Parking

We are in a residential parking zone and can provide residential permits at cost rate if needed. There is free on street parking nearby over the weekend.
Easily accessible from traiin (Preston Park closest but Brighton and Hove stations not too far away).

The Area and Transport

Bright double room in quiet residental road. 25 minute walk to Theatre Royal and Brighton Centre and 5 minutes from open air theatre. On short bus route to town for theatres as well.
20 minutes from Brighton and Hove train stations and close to Preston Park Station.
There is a 24 hour Tesco Express around the courner and there are a few cafes and pubs close by.
There are also a number of parks close to the area.
