Very spacious room with king-size bed in beautiful Victorian conversion situated in Sefton Park conservation area.

2.5 miles to city centre with plenty of bus routes 86 86A & 80 on your doorstep or £5 in private taxi - £8 in black cab to city centre. Off road parking at property free of charge.

Tesco local around the corner or large Asda & Aldi 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of takeaways nearby and very close to the famous Lark Lane with all it's array of bars & restaurants.

Welcoming, easygoing, live-in landlady with small very friendly dog.

Room recently refurbished, waredrobe chest of drawers and sofa in bedroom. Mortice lock and key fitted on bedroom.

I had a wonderful stay here, such a beautiful spacious flat.

Excellent location, close to all amenities and with the park just opposite.

I stayed here whilst performing at the Empire theatre.

Lovely big, light rooms. Had full use of the kitchen for cooking etc. About a 20 min journey to the theatre by bus, which is an easy walk to the bus stop at the end of the road. Lots of frequent buses into town. Lovely big park opposite the d... read more igs.

Had a lovely stay here whilst on tour with Dirty Dancing at the Liverpool Empire.

Buses are very frequent into the centre of town almost every 10 minutes and until late at night.

The room is enormous with a huge comfy bed and lots of space to hang clothes. Diane was super helpful and always r... read more eplied promptly to my emails if I had a question.

The only thing I would mention is that Rufus the cute little dog often found his way into my room. As I don't mind dogs it didn't bother me at all, but for someone who may not be an animal lover it's worth mentioning.

A beautiful flat with all the facilities you need, and I felt very at home.
