Living with Host

What does this mean?

This is a high standard accommodation in a private apartment, on a self catering basis.
(Basic Brew making stuff provided, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk)

Large 1st floor apartment with lift access, located in Manchester (City Centre) by Ancoats, 5 minute walk from Shudehill Bus Station.

In a secure gated compound with Electronic Key Fob Access.

Double Bedroom, with long mirror, wardrobe, bedside drawer and lamp.

Desk area with chair, plug in heater, plug in fan for your own optional use to make sure you have the most comfortable stay with room temperature of your choice.

Bedding is provided and will be washed weekly,
Towels provided and will be washed every 3 days
Bathroom and Bedroom will be cleaned weekly.

Private Ensuite all to yourself connected to your bedroom so no need for the risky run in a towel back to your bedroom (lol)

Shared use of the Kitchen & Living areas

The apartment is well furnished with a fresh all white modern style with a homey casual feel.

43” Multi Channel TV including Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Youtube/ITV. Large Corner Sofa with natural daylight coming in from the Juliet Balcony, and cosy mood lighting lamp for the evening time.

10 minute walk to Manchester Victoria Tram stop, which takes you directly to the following:

It is a Non smoking Apartment, Smoking on the Balcony is fine, Vaping indoors is OK!

The most perfect stay - room was spacious and very clean, a fresh bottle of water and bar of chocolate was a welcome treat! Perfect location for all Manchester theatres and Salford, 100% recommend!
