Bright small double room (Norwich)

I live in a sunny, three bedroomed house with a big garden about a 30 minute walk from Norwich Theatre Royal. You can also get the bus (25 or 26) into the city, which takes about 23-26 minutes journey time.
The house has one bathroom and two toilets. The small double bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table with a lamp.
You will have full access to the kitchen/diner where I will make space for your food in the cupboards and the fridge. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, all of which you are welcome to use.
House rules: whether you're last in or last out, please ensure doors are locked; switch lights off when leaving a room and lastly, leave the loos in the state in which you find them.😆
