Hannah and her partner are the perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly, with a lovely house choc full of books, paintings and beautiful pieces of art. The room is warm and comfortable and there are many regular buses into the centre. I will certainly stay again.

Hannah was very welcoming and flexible with my check-in time, which was appreciated. The bus ride is so convenient with multiple buses stopping where you need for the centre of town and for the New Theatre. The bedroom is comfortable and compact (no wardrobe access but decent drawer availability). The shower is decent and the room looks out over the garden which was lovely.

I had a great stay. The house is quiet, comfortable, and well-kept, with a large kitchen and garden. Transport links are excellent, with buses to the centre and train station right at the end of the road! Free parking makes this worth it for anyone on the move!

Hannah's home is a home!. It's beautiful and is filled with that lovely homey feeling. I also had the best sleep. The garden is beautiful and serene. This doesn't come close to the hospitality of Hannah. Hannah was such a lovely host. I had very little to worry about and had a great time in Oxford. She told me about the walk long the river into the city centre and I did it several morning. I'll be sure to return if I ever get to Oxford. Thank you so much for a lovely time! 10 Stars

I had a wonderful stay in this charming room and house! Thank you for being such delightful hosts. Cowley Road is a vibrant area with plenty of lovely cafes and shops, and I appreciated the easy bus access to the town centre. I highly recommend this place and would stay again! :)

Lovely little room! Have stayed here before so knew it would be great. Managed to change my length of stay with Hannah very easily with no fuss which was super lovely and stress free. Bus stop into Oxford centre is 2 mins away so an easy commute.

Hannah and Mark make you very welcome. Even though I had to vary my dates a couple of times they were accommodating and understanding.

The (single) room I had was all I needed and with use of the kitchen, and the bathroom was clean with a good shower.

A heater was provided (I stayed through a bit of a cold snap in Feb.) though Hannah will no doubt keep checking that you are warm enough!

Buses aplenty at the bottom the road - £2 either way - and I would say safe for a woman getting and fro.

I just spent 4 nights at Hannah’s home. A lovely cosy comfortable single room. Great communication prior to arrival. A beautiful home with parking. An easy 35 minute straight route into town: lovely cafes and independent shops along Cowley road or a 10 minute bus ride. I was very happy staying here. I highly recommend if you are working in theatre and looking for safe comfortable clean and friendly accommodation.

I had a fabulous week staying with Hannah and her family. I was working at The Playhouse and the No 1 and 5 buses run regularly from the end of the road. A weekly ticket was £15 for the No 1 bus.

Very friendly and obliging hosts. Stayed in January in the single room and they offered a heater and extra blankets if needed (I didn't). A little far from the theatre, but a very easy bus commute and night bus until 3am from town if needed.

This was one of the nicest digs I’ve ever stayed in. Such a welcoming family, and a warm happy home. I enjoyed my stay so much. It’s close to bus links, easy enough walk and taxis are easy to get! I reccomend go green taxis or 001 taxis!

Beautiful house with lovely family! Big room with plenty of storage. I cycle on tour and these guys are very cycle friendly. They were super knowledgeable about local runs and walks which was absolutely perfect for me!

Lovely host family and a perfect room. Super easy bus ride into the centre to get to the theatre. Cleanliness was only let down by how quickly the bathroom became dirty, but I would happily stay again.

Hannah and her family are so lovely and accommodating. The single room is comfy and bright. Parking is on the street right outside with permits provided upon request, and the bus into town is easy and quick and very regular. I had a lovely stay! :)

Hannah and family were incredibly welcoming throughout my two weeks with them, though our paths seldom crossed! The bed is incredibly comfy and the room spacious and bright. The shower is also amazing and there are loads of buses into town!

The Chandler family went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were really so much more than just hosts! The whole family are so welcoming and during the Christmas period really made me feel like one of the family.
