What does this mean?

Self contained annex. Well set back from the road so nice and quiet. Big king sized comfy bed. Gated drive for peace of mind. It has it's own outside seating area. There is access to small gym included. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops a 3 minute walk up the hill.

The main house is separate to the annex which has a locked door between it and the annex.
There is an out building used as a gym which you're welcome to use

The annex has a baby gate on it's garden/courtyard. We have a child so have tried to make the garden child friendly within reason. It is down to personal assessment of the parents whether this is agreed. There is a number of small ponds in the garden. No child should be left unsupervised. All park equipment can be used but at your own risk and again children supervised at all times.

Had a wonderful stay with George and family. Its a lovely self contained chalet in the garden , with own entrance and a space for a car. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Awesome digs. Lovely host, super quiet location with everything you could need. Really clean and the best shower. Supermarket, independent cafe and small gym (woods fitness, £10 a day pass) just up the road. Easy tram into the city centre, just be warned the hill back up from the tram is steep so get a cab if you have luggage. Would absolutely stay again.
