Bright room in lovely home, close to city centre (Sheffield)

Welcome to Sheffield!

The house is very well located, close to the city centre and other nice neighbourhoods. It's a 20-25 minute flat walk to Sheffield Theatres - Crucible, Lyceum, Playhouse. There is a bus (number 56) which goes into the city centre from the bottom of the road, and more from London Road. You can see the spires of the church and town hall in the city centre from the bedroom!

There is a Tesco Express less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Waitrose and Aldi are 10 minutes walk (on the way into town), and a large M&S food shop is 10 minutes walk on Ecclesall road. London Road is 5 minutes walk where you'll find lots of restaurants, takeaways and 24 hour shops.

The house is bright and airy, clean and peaceful, and has all the amenities you need. You'll be sharing the house with one professional female.

The comfortable and spacious single room is on the second floor, with lots of space for your clothes and belongings. There is a desk, chest of drawers and an open wardrobe and shelving. There are two bathrooms which you can use - one next to the bedroom with a toilet, sink, bath and handheld shower, and one on the ground floor with a toilet, sink and lovely stand up power shower.

The open plan kitchen / dining room / living room is on the middle floor which you'll have full access to. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have a cupboard for your food/drink and space in the fridge/freezer. There is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, and radio.

There is lots of on-street parking, for which you can have a daily permit for its very small fee.

You can get out to the Peak District easily via public transport too. I'm more than happy to give you tips about what to do in Sheffield and the surrounding area, if you wish! Short and longer term stays available, just get in touch.
