Green grocer, co-op/ fuel, village store with postal services, 2 pubs within a 15 minute walk. Bus stop 1 min walk. Many bridleways for walking and bike riding with the South Downs link.
Beautiful cottage with long garden backing onto the Downs Link footpath where you can cycle all the way to the sea!
10 min drive out of Guildford, 15 min walk into Bramley village centre. Heart of the Surrey Hills with gorgeous walks all around.
The bedroom is at the front of the house with a built in cupboard. Storage available in loft. Note the stairs are pretty steep in this property.
