This is a self contained private space within our arty spacious apartment. All three rooms are adjoined self contained and private.
One large double bedroom with plenty of hanging and drawer storage for clothes. Your own bathroom with shower and loo.
You also have your own exclusive living/ kitchen space to relax. There is a sofa, table and chairs and a small kitchenette. This has a brand new fridge freezer, an oven/ air fryer, toaster, hob and kettle exclusively for your use.
Water and a sink is there too. The washing machine is shared in a utility room.
We are really looking forward to hosting theatre professionals as we love the theatre.
Guest Parking
No permit parking available. Paid parking is on the street.
The Area and Transport
In the heart of Clifton Village, this double room could not be better placed for amenities. Lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within minutes walking of the flat.
Good buses run regularly into town.
Only 20 minute walk to Hippodrome, Old Vic, Tobacco factory and other central parts of town.

We have made a sitting room with a small kitchenette for guests use; fridge, oven/ air fryer, toaster, kettle and hob with all kitchen utilities. Sink accessible through door to shared utility room. This is so you are able to be self sufficient The kitchen facilites are separated for yours and the hosts privacy. Shared washing machine, and drying areas.
Huge outside tearrce can be shared during the day, guests can use the the far end which has lounger and table and chairs. Sunny aspect with spectacular views over the gorge.
Excluded Facilities
The hosts side of the flat is private. We have a separate entrance.
The hosts kitchen and living room is private but by arrangement the kitchen can be used if the kitchenette doesnt fulfil the guests cooking needs.

Wonderful welcoming hosts and a beautiful home, was such a comfortable stay.

I had the loveliest time staying with Jo and Andrew. They have done a really good job of making the space self contained but are also on hand to help or have a cup of tea. A [REMOVED] minute walk into town but buses are consistent around a 7 minute walk away. Right on the doorstep of Clifton Village and only a 30 minute walk (fairly flat) to Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, so in a great location. I will be back again if they'll have me!

Joanneโs home was cozy and beautiful. She was extremely communicative, helpful and warm the moment she welcomed me into her home. In a stunning area of Clifton easy access to transportation. 10/10 ๐ค
