What does this mean?

Really lovely and spacious double room on the top floor of a Victorian house. Set in a safe and green part of the city, the house has excellent access to town with a bus stop within half a minute’s walk. Buses run late and are safe to take at any time. You can walk into town if you prefer, through local parks and a main shopping area.

Local amenities include a pub, restaurants and takeaways and a mini Tesco for anything else you may need.

The room includes a double bed and large chest of drawers and is cosy in winter but with a skylight if you prefer the fresh air.

Full use of the kitchen and sharing with the owner in a relaxed but tidy space. I also have a cleaning lady each week so the house is always up to scratch. There is one cat but she is shy so will not cause you any hassle.
