Bright green room with king size bed. (Edinburgh)

You will be renting my green bedroom with access to the large kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
The flat has also large living room and spare room but this will be occupied by me mostly and my son who stays with me every second week.
The flat is based at the bottom of Easter Road with the bus stop just outside the door and 7 minut walk to the tram. You can all to Royal Mile in 20 minutes.
The flat has large shared garden on the back of the property.
