It is a detached house, front and back garden with patio area, bathroom with shower which is shared with just 1 other person, also downstairs toilet, kitchen with table with 6 chairs, microwave, washing machine, separate sitting room.

There is drive for 2 cars and free on-street parking. There is a bus stop behind the house just 2 minute walk to city centre which takes 15-20 minutes, and serves all the Liverpool city centre theatres. A train station is 10 minutes walk and gets you into city centre in less that 10 minutes.

The house is 5 minute walk to the river and 10 minute walk to several parks and the popular Lark Lane with lots of bars and restaurants.
Our house is in a quiet residential, sought-after area 5 minutes walk from the River Mersey, river-side parks 5 minutes walk, 10 minute walk from the lovely Sefton Park, 15 minute walk from the very popular Lark Lane with lots of bars and restaurants.
