2 Ensuite rooms with blackout blinds in a 4 storey terraced house with garden access and full use of kitchen and living areas situated in a very safe suburban areas. Rooms are situated on their own floor.

Free parking is available to the front and back of the house
The Area and Transport
Rooms are close to South Gosforth and Ilford Road metro stations with a bus stop into Newcastle city centre very close to the front door. Bus and metro travel time to city centre and Newcastle theatres is 5 to 10 minutes. Jesmond Dene is situated behind the house and a range of shops , cafes and other facilities are on the doorstop. Both Jesmond and Gosforth are a short walking distance from the house.

Great digs in lovely top floor room. Easy public transport to right outside the theatre. Kate and Aidan communicated really well! Would highly recommend for the price!

This is the second time using Kate's digs and we will 100% use again. Narisha want's to pass on how much she enjoyed her stay in Newcastle, the digs and space were brilliant and Kate and the family are super friendly, felt like a home away from home.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Private but close to local amenities and only a 10 minute journey into town. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and bright. Thank you for having me.

An incredible place just at the border of the famous Jesmond Dene Park, very hospitable family! Communication and experience as a guest was excellent. Would highly recommend others to try and stay here instead of AirBnB.

Kate and Aiden were perfect hosts, warm, welcoming and a great laugh. I had the top floor and bathroom to myself which was lovely and private. Their house overlooked the Dene which was beautiful for evening walks. I would highly recommend :)

Kate and Aidan are kindhearted people with a great sense of humour. They welcomed & were very communicative from the get go. So respectful and were always a helping hand. Thank you so much for making Newcastle feel like a home away from home!

Kate and Aidan are lovely hosts and made me feel extremely welcome. The house was warm and the room comfortable. Well located for easy access to the city and beautiful Jesmond Dene outside the back gate.
