Living with Host

What does this mean?

The bright double room is on the ground floor of a three-story artists house, which is practically next door to St Werburghs Road Metrolink stop.

This stop has regular trams taking only 15 minutes directly into town or all over Manchester.

The room has French windows which lead directly to the garden. It includes a wardrobe, double bed and dressing table.

Nearby is its own private, recently renovated bathroom with a shower.

The room is adjacent to a utility room (this is shared with the host) but has a kettle, small fridge, toaster and microwave solely for the use of the guest. There is WiFi available to guests, with log in information available on check in.

There is a washing machine, clothes airer and sink which is used by the host but is also available for use by the guest.

We do have a small, very friendly dog, and a beautiful small cat.

Having a tram stop a two minute walk away was amazing - super easy to get into the centre, with the last tram to get back to the digs leaving city centre at 11:40pm. Great communication with Heather, and I was able to park my car right next to the house.
