Bright and airy double room in three-bed house on a new build estate in Ashby, with own bathroom available, along with shared use of kitchen, lounge, downstairs w/c and spacious back garden.

The double room is furnished with a brand new double bed (with ample space underneath for storage), mattress and cupboard for clothes. Bathroom across the hallway for personal use.

The property is only a ten minute walk from the high street and has excellent access to the M42 (Birmingham/Derby/Nottingham) - 5minute drive, and the M1 (Leicester) - 15minute drive. Ashby-de-la-Zouch is also close to the following; Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham, Tamworth, East Midlands Airport.

We have a 2 year old Labrador and a cat, both of whom are super friendly and LOVE the attention!
