Living with Host
This ensuite room includes free wifi, full use of the kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, bedding and towels as well as a microwave, mini fridge and kettle in the room for your own use. There is also a shared courtyard and a balcony. We hope to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as you wish and will be happy to try and accommodate your requests as best we can, so please just ask.
Guest Parking
There is only metered on street parking available nearby as it is considered city centre. But there are also a couple of privately owned car parks which is a few minutes walk away which can offer a reduced rate for longer stays (currently £3.50 and £5/day) and if interested I can give you their details to check them out.
The Area and Transport
Peaceful double ensuite room in a 2 bed flat overlooking the river Clyde in the happening Finnieston area of Glasgow, very close both to the West End and the City Centre. Easily walkable, although there is plenty of public transport to all of the major Theatres and Arenas close by, with both Trains and Buses just a short walk away. The x19 takes a route close to the Kings Theatre and the Theatre Royal within 10 and 15 minutes travel time respectively though it is a pleasant walk to these venues and can be done in roughly 15 and 25 minutes. The flat is a short way away from the nearby hustle and bustle of the lively Finnieston Strip with its bars and restaurants. The SEC Arenas, the BBC and STV studios are all very close by.
