Living with Host
En-suite double bedroom, available for single person or a couple. You will be sharing with just us, a retired couple. Occasionally our grandchildren might be with us. We have no pets. You can use the kitchen, washing machine etc. if you need to. We have a music room with a baby grand piano, and a big garden.,

Family house in quiet residential district within walking distance of De Montfort Hall and Curve (35 minutes). Station 25 minutes walk. Buses from the end of the road. Ubers easily available. Very large park at the end of the road for a walk or run!

Was lovely staying with Jo & Martin! Room was spacious enough, and was great to have my own en-suite! The toilet handle was a little temperamental, but Martin took care of it and was very communicative.
The kitchen was also lovely and nice to chill in after a long day at the theatre. Same goes for the garden in the mornings for a cuppa before going in.

Jo and Martin were superb hosts. The large double en-suite room was perfect! I was very comfortable and would certainly stay again. Located in a lovely area outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre with a 25 min walk to the theatre which was very manageable.

I had the most wonderful stay with very generous hosts Jo and Martin.
It was extremely pleasant to arrive at a room that was clean, cozy and had everything I needed including bedside tea and coffee with my own kettle.
It was brilliant to have an ensuite bathroom, again very clean.
Jo and Martin were very generous with their home and very lovely people to talk to.
I can't recommend these brilliant digs enough.
I will absolutely be booking again when I come back to Leicester!

Jo and Martin were faultlessly generous and excellent hosts. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the shower easy to use!! The theatre is an easy 30m walk that takes you past useful shops for lunch or bits and bobs. I had a lovely stay.

Brilliant room, really big, nice clean modern en suite. Great tea and coffee touches. Really lovely accommodating couple who are generous with their home. There's even a music room to practice in should you wish. They were very kind refunding me some money due to noisy builders working on the roof, but that couldn't be helped, so yes I'd definitely stay again! Cycled to the Curve in about 8 minutes, mostly in cycle lanes and can easily drive/park or get the bus.

Jo and Martin were perfect hosts. The room was lovely and clean, with excellent facilities and a brilliant en suite. The location is really good for town, the station and Victoria Park. I would highly recommended staying here.

Fantastic digs. It was an easy walk to the curve, a very comfortable room with great en suite. Lovely hosts who were warm and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay and hosts are warm and friendly. The room is a lovely size, with added benefit of an en suite. Quiet road but very convenient for getting to De Montfort Hall. Will definitely book again when I'm next working in Leicester!

I had a lovely stay no with Jo and Martin, they were so welcoming. The room is large and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was perfect. It’s a pleasant 25 minute walk to the curve.
