Bright double room with easy access to private bathroom with shower and bath .
Full use of modern Kitchen/diner living room .
Very quiet area 3 mins walk to the beach .
I have been hosting for the last twenty years so used to people being in my home .
It’s just me and my French bull dog in the property.
Which is a two story maisonette.
