Living with Host
I have a bright double bedroom in my second floor flat overlooking trees and Sydenham Tennis Club. It is quiet and peaceful and generally calm. There is a bathroom with shower and bath and a bright, airy sitting room. The kitchen has all the usual stuff, I am vegetarian. The whole flat is incredibly light and I love it.

The Area and Transport
A quiet area with close proximity to central london. 15 minute train to London Victoria. 8 mins walk to Penge West and 12 minutes to Penge East and 12 minutes to Sydenham. Bus stop directly outside going to Tottenham Court Road. Great access to Central London whilst also feeling calm away from the city.

It is just me and my son living here and you have use of the kitchen, bathroom and of course, your bedroom. Happy for light use of the sitting room too although I work from home some days. My son spends 50% time at his dad's so much of the time it is just me.

Please take your shoes off in the flat and leave them on the shoe rack;
Please ensure you either leave the door or window open when you go out to keep her room aired as it is an older british building and needs air circulating.
No smoking; No outside guests without prior agreement.
Please don't cook meat or fish in the flat, cold meats are fine.
The shower is electric so you just need to press the button on and off to work it; the dial in the middle adjusts the temperature, please do not touch the top dial. Please keep the toilet seat and lid down when not using it.

I had a brilliant stay with Imogen. She’s very friendly and accommodating and her place is a stone’s throw from Crystal Palace park which is a real bonus!
