Living with Host
Guests have enjoyed staying at my hone and described it as colourful and homely.
I'm a 3 min walk to the bus stop on Wells Road where the regular number 2 bus takes 10 minutes to the centre of town, continuing onto Whiteladies Road.
I work from home as a writer and kids author and perform at festivals, so you're more than welcome to join me for dinner if I'm at home.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, mirror, chest of drawers, shelves and plants. I have a conservatory and plenty of space if you need to store much more.
-Shared bathroom - towels provided.
-Space for a bicycle or scooter to be stored.
-Full use of kitchen with space in cupboard and fridge/freezer. Please help yourself to spices etc.
-Use of washing machine, but washing line outside or heated drying rack.
-Feel free to enjoy the Garden, when the weather permits. I live on a hill with a great view of the moon/sun rise.

I had such a lovely stay at Lindsey's place. The house is full of character and nestled in a peaceful part of Bristol which feels outside the city and yet is only 10 minutes away on the bus. The bed was really comfortable and the house was nice and quiet after getting home from the show. I would stay here again for sure!

Ah thanks so much Michael. It was a delight having you x
Lindsey was a lovely host, so smiley and welcoming, so interesting to chat to and made me feel very at home straight away. Her house mate Miranda is also really lovely to be around. Busses into town are frequent and a short walk away. The room is comfortable, quiet with loads of storage and I slept really well. Parking is good around the area too, which is a big plus when staying in Bristol :) I would book in with Lindsey again in a heartbeat. Thank you Lindsey! X
