2 Doubles on end of Cul de Sac Close to Bottle Yard (Bristol)

I'm a 3 min walk to the bus stop on Wells Road where the regular number 2 bus takes 10 minutes to the centre of town, continuing onto Whiteladies Road.

It's great for the Bristol Old Vic, Hippodrome, Wardrobe Theatre and Bristol Improv Theatre.

It's a 40 minute walk to town centre. Tobacco Factory is a 15 minute cycle away.

I live on my own, with my 14year old Labrador Pippa, so you'll just share the bathroom with me.

I work from home as a writer and kids author and perform at festivals, so you're more than welcome to join me for dinner if I'm at home.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and plants. I have a conservatory and plenty of space if you need to store much more.

-Shared bathroom - towels provided.
-Free parking on driveway.
-Space for a bicycle or scooter to be stored.
-Full use of kitchen with space in cupboard and fridge/freezer. Please help yourself to spices etc.
-Breakfast (museli/bagels), coffee and tea provided.
-Use of washing machine, but washing line outside or heated drying rack.
-Free to enjoy lounge room and a sit in the Garden, when the weather permits. I live on a hill with a great view. You can see the sun and moon rise from my garden and I’m not overlooked by either neighbour.
-Guests welcome by arrangement.
-Pets welcome, if they get along with Pippa.
-Smokers are welcome, just smoke in the garden please.
-Large Tesco’s 2 min drive away or 10 min walk.
