Lovely bright double room with plenty of storage. Desk and chair, blackout blinds.

Large bright bedroom at front of the house.

Brand new carpet, curtains and bedding and recently decorated. 32” colour TV, plenty of storage and comfy armchair and double bed.

We are a recently retired couple, Andrew was a teacher, Carolyn was a Teaching Assistant.

We have 2 cats called Poppy and Daisy, who are 12 years old and sisters.

We have been hosting foreign students from all over the world for many years and enjoy meeting new people.

Plymouth’s Theatre Royal is a 15 minute bus ride away or a 45 minute walk.

We live on a bus route, with buses running every 10 mins during peak periods.
Peverell is a safe area with Central Park only a 10 minute walk away.
