Room has comfortable double bed, desk, blackout blind and overlooks garden. Kitchen and bathroom shared with host.
Please note:
There is a railway line at the end of the garden so the room might be unsuitable for a light sleeper;
There is a bath (with shower attachment as depicted) but no actual shower.
Smokers welcome (in conservatory or garden).
Finally, there is a good-natured cat, Lenny.

Semi-detached house in quiet and friendly residential area, 18 minutes walk from the town centre. Easy public transport to Warwick, Warwick University (for Warwick Uni Arts Centre), JLR Gaydon, Stratford and Coventry.

Lovely stay with Jane! Everything was as described. Just be aware train at bottom of garden is quite loud but earplugs blocked out all noise for me. Jane is very welcoming and so is Lenny the cat! Overall great stay.
