Small double room with a wardrobe, desk, under bed storage and shared bathroom situated in a terraced house with a small garden. Full use of kitchen and living areas. In walking distance to the Marlowe Theatre and in a safe suburban area.

I live in the Wincheap area of Canterbury, about a 20 minute walk to the Marlowe Theatre. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance as well as local corner shops, take aways, and independent shops. The area is a friendly family orientated place with free on street parking outside. The bus station and train station are both within a 10 to 15 minute walking distance.
