What does this mean?

Gorgeous characterful Victorian home, with a bright spacious room and ample storage for belongings. The location is a minute's walk from The Palace Theatre, just off of a busy road where there are multiple shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. The Cliffs pavillion is a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride away. I will also be living at the property and will most likely be out during the day or occasionally working from home. I am also an actor, and enjoy the company of other actors, creatives and crew and am also accustomed to touring, so understand life on the road and the importance of having a nice sanctuary to come back to after travelling and working. The flat is bright with a large kitchen and access to the garden which is small but well maintained, the bathroom is also big and bright with a shower and bath.

A lovely lil stay whilst at the Pavillion. Bed is cosy, kitchen is well stocked. Leonie is a very accommodating host with plenty of reccomendations whilst you’re in Southend. Would defo reccomend.

Leonie is a lovely and welcoming host. As an actor herself, she really understands the needs of performers.
Leonie made access easy and was readily available I'd there were any issues.
Location couldn't have been better. Literally a stones throw from the Palace Theatre.
Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if needed.
