What does this mean?

Bright and spacious double room in arty Victorian home next to the beautiful Victoria Park. I live alone with two friendly cats.

There's a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk in the room, and I provide all bed linen and towels. The bed is new with an extremely comfortable mattress and pillows.

Guests have full access to a clean and spacious bathroom with shower and bath, and are also welcome to use the kitchen/ diner. There's a washing machine and a small back garden to sit and have your morning coffee (or gin and tonic).

There is free on-street parking, and wi-fi.

My home is a 20 minute walk to Bristol's Harbourside, 25 minutes to Bristol Old Vic, 25 minutes to Cabot Circus and 25 minutes to the Tobacco Factory theatre on North Street. I am also on several bus routes, and 10 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads train station.

Judith and Sooty were lovely accommodating hosts. Communication was great, the place is beautiful and quiet, and in the morning I got to watch the birds in the tree outside the window. Just what I needed for my brief stint in Bristol. Thank you!
