What does this mean?

Bright, spacious double bedroom in traditional double story Victorian home in ‘The Avenues’ conservation area. Full access to the south facing garden and use of kitchen and lounge/diner. Wi-Fi included and the property is located within 10 minute drive from all 3 of Hull’s theatres with good public transportation for those not driving, and an easy direct walking route if on foot (40 mins max).

Accessible bus routes within a 2minute walk straight into the town centre (location of all three of Hull’s theatres, or walk there in 40 minutes.

10 minute walk to popular Princes Avenue or Newland Avenue for bars, cafes and restaurants with cuisines from around the world.

Also on the doorstep, Pearson Park, where you can workout outdoors, feed the ducks or just stroll in one of Hull’s green spaces.

I had a great stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, the house welcoming, and the location ideal - easy transport and convenient for all of Hull’s theatres. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay, super comfortable room, spacious. Lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge. Kerry is a lovely welcoming host who made the whole stay pretty much perfect! Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely park too!
