Theatre Digs Booker Presents: Bright double room (Dublin 9)

Terraced house in a quiet area, I live alone and currently have no pets. Approx 20 minutes to city centre on public transport, 7 diiferent bus routes so short waiting time, some of which go through the city to the South side.

I work in the office 2 days and home 3 days so the house is quiet during the day. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a tv with access to local channels and netflix.

There is a kitchen/dining room and bathroom (shared), no bath, electric shower.

Full use of sitting room except on the 3 days I WFH.
