Theatre Digs Booker Presents: Bright Double Room (Cirencester)

A pleasant and light double room on the ground floor with a shower room, wc and basin right next door. The room is in part of the house that is slightly separate from the rest of the house so offers a certain amount of privacy. You would have a kettle and toaster and microwave for your separate use. I have two very friendly labradors who would want to make you part of their family!

The room would be for your use only and occasional guests would be welcome but no overnight stays.

Your kettle and microwave would be in my office which is also the utility room and where the dogs have beds, but they do not sleep in there. There is also a washing machine which you could use but I would limit this to twice a week at a small cost. The utility room is a shared space and not exclusive to you but I am very flexible and try to be accommodating.

Your room looks out over the garden and is quiet and away from the road.

My partner is here sometimes and I also have two daughters in their 20's who visit sometimes at weekends.

Respect is a by word in the house and I feel it is very important for all concerned to respect privacy and the house.

You would be responsible for cleaning your room and the shower.

I would ask for a personal reference from your theatre.

I live three miles from Cirencester in a rural location so a car would be necessary.
