3 x Bright Double Room Available (Eastbourne)

Three bright basement rooms available - 2 x double rooms with tea and coffee facilities and 1 x twin room. All three rooms share the same bathroom facilities. The accommodation is just a short walk from Eastbourne Theatres, Train Station and Town. Permit Parking is available on request for £1 per day, however, free street parking is available within close proximity of the property. Kitchen is available for breakfast use and to store cupboard and refrigerated items. Friendly host with a performance background and gentle, quiet rescue dog.

- No visitors in the home other than those on reservation (without written consent)
- No events, parties, illegal substances allowed
- Pets are not permitted
- No loud noise after 10pm
- No smoking on the premises
- Please respect our neighbours, other guests and long-term tenants
- Please report any damages asap of which you are liable (other than wear and tear)
- Please treat our home like you would your own
