The Area and Transport
Located in a modern residential estate on the River Tyne with easy access to Newcastle City Centre. Dance City and Tyne Theatre are less than a ten minute bus ride with the Theatre Royal only 15 minutes on public transport. The Glasshouse and Baltic, Live Theatre and Newcastle Quayside are a 20minute walk and also easily accessible on public transport. Newcastle Central station is a ten minute bus ride giving easy access to transport connections such as the East Coast mainline. There’s a popular cafe in the estate serving quality food & drinks in a pretty riverside setting. City centre bars and restaurants are also convenient to get to.
