Living with Host

What does this mean?

Comfortable and quiet double room overlooking the courtyard garden in my 2 bed house on the edge of Victoria Park in BS3. You are welcome to use and have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. I live here with Bear, the cat, and we're both friendly types!

Guest Parking

There are no parking restrictions on the road and nearby roads. I have never had a problem parking here.

The Area and Transport

The house is on a quiet residential road near Victoria Park. It's a safe area, just a 20 min walk to Temple Meads station, 24 min walk to Bristol Old Vic, 28 min walk to Hippodrome, 32 mins to the Tobacco Factory.

In terms of local amenities, there is a nice bakery through the park (on Bedminster Parade) and just over the bridge from there is Whapping Wharf with loads of great eateries and independent traders right on the harbourside. There's also Totterdown to the east of the house with a tesco, greengrocers, bakery etc.

Kate is really lovely. House is beautiful. Bed comfy. Flat walk into town (which in Bristol is rare). Easy parking outside the house. Would highly recommend.
