What does this mean?

I live in a four bed semi, with a garden. I offer a double room with ensuite, loft conversion, so a personal space. It is a safe area, and a friendly place to live. Plenty of places to walk, and a well catered for village 5 mins away.

Parking available and is no problem.

The Area and Transport

I live in a very quiet, convenient location for shops, public transport, 8 min walk to bus stop for town centre including Theatre. I live near the south downs and the seaside is a half hour walk, this also applies to walking into town and for the theatre.
There is a doctors surgery locally, a church, Post Office and a village Green.
