What does this mean?

Light and airy double room in relaxed family home. The room has a panoramic view over the city of Sheffield.

Sole use of a bathroom. Our second sitting room has a piano which you are welcome to use.

We are five minutes' walk from local shops, pubs and restaurants, with an excellent 15 to 20-minute bus service into the centre of town. It takes around 35 minutes to walk.
