King-size bed in a light, quiet room. Sharing only with single homeowner and very friendly cat. Great neighbourhood with excellent transport links. Small private garden, breakfast provided. Washing machine but no tumble drier.
Guest Parking
Free street parking - no restrictions or permits needed, although the street does get busy and you may not be able to park directly in front of the house. EV charging points just around the corner.
The Area and Transport
Great neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, and local green space. Quiet but close to the city centre with excellent transport links into the city centre and to Salford Quays by tram and bus.

I don't have locks on my internal doors, I prefer to operate on trust. I won't go into your bedroom, I expect you won't go into mine. You are welcome to use the other parts of the house and the garden.
