Bright, Comfy Double Room in Relaxed Home (Manchester)

Hi! I'm Emma.
House/room info:
Mid-sized bedroom with comfy double bed (pocket sprung mattress and memory foam topper), lots of natural light, lots of storage (built in wardrobes), desk and mirror. Has both blackout curtains and wooden blinds, so you can choose to sleep in total darkness or let the light in.
- 3 bedroom semi detached house (smallest bedroom is currently an office, which you are welcome to use). It's just me living there (I'm a non smoker and I have no pets).

- Clean, modern bathroom with walk in shower and separate large bath
- Clean, modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs, double oven, microwave etc. Loads of room in fridge and freezer. Washer-dryer.
- Lots of space downstairs - semi-open plan. Large comfy lounge, dining room with chairs and table, second lounge/reading room (but that one is yet to be furnished)
- Large back garden, quiet, lots of grass, raised decking and paved patio (you can do a decent circuit sesh out there!)
- Off street parking if required. Plenty of street parking right outside.
- 5 minute walk to tram stop (Clayton Hall), which goes direct into town. Huge ASDA at bottom of the road and an Aldi up the road (both around 10 mins walk away). Clayton Vale (huge park) 5 mins away. 10 mins in a taxi into town.
- Hope Mill Theatre is 6 mins by car, 2 stops on tram or a lovely 20-30 min walk down the canal. The Sharp Project a similar distance away.

P.S. My acceptance rate is a little misleading (it should be higher!). I had to reject a booking that was super last minute (at 9pm for that same night) and one where the person booked and then sent a bunch of inappropriate requests! I'm generally happy to accept (even at short notice) as I live alone - just bob me a message beforehand if you can :)

The room is suited to one person, but if you did want to share with a partner (I have had a couple stay before) - just bob me a message and we can work it out.
