Bright City Centre Room with Views of the Castle (Edinburgh)

A cosy, traditional tenement flat right at the heart of Edinburgh city centre - with views of the Edinburgh Castle and Arthur's Seat. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and relaxing in the evenings. We're across the road from the King's Theatre and next door to the famous Cameo cinema and surrounded by many wonderful shops, sites and restaurants.

It's a 4th floor flat and since it's an traditional tenement building, it doesn't have a lift. (We're happy to help you carry your luggage upstairs if needed - just let us know when booking.)

The flat is newly renovated and the bedroom has a brand new, very comfortable mattress. There's plenty of storage space for clothes (a chest of drawers and a clothes rail with hangers) and several plug sockets for charging your appliances.

We have two skylights and when it's sunny outside (somewhat of a rarity in Scotland...) the flat is flooded with beautiful sunlight. The bedroom has double glazing and black-out curtains which keep out most of the light and noise at night.

Kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee and everything you need to cook a delicious meal - oils, spices, salt, pepper, etc. There's also a dishwasher and a washing machine available for you to use and several drying racks (we don't have a tumble dryer).

You're welcome to use the living room whenever you'd like to. There's a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer and various other streaming services.

Please note that you'll be sharing the kitchen, living room and the bathroom with myself and my husband Adam.
