Downstairs there's a dining room, cosy plant filled living room, and an open plan modern kitchen (with dishwasher) which you're welcome to use.
I work full time so you'd have the place to yourself through the day.
Large south facing garden out the back and plenty of on-street parking.
House is located just off Stirchley high street with supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants minutes away on foot.
The house is seconds away from bournville station, and you're 15 minutes by train (or 20 by bus) to the city centre theatres (Hippodrome, Alexandra etc.)
There is a TV in the sitting room with Netflix, Disney Plus etc.
Dishwasher and Washing machine in the kitchen which you would be welcome to use.
No smoking in the house please, but you can use the garden.
Bookings for one or two guests sharing the room are welcome, but the house is unsuitable for pets or children.
