Living with Host

What does this mean?

Guests have a large double bedroom with plenty of storage space in a stylish and modern apartment in easy walking distance to the theatre and city centre. The apartment is shared only with the the host. The room has a comfy double pocket sprung bed ensuring a great night's sleep. Although located within the city, the apartment is quiet at night. Guests have the sole private use of a family bathroom with bath and shower over (great water pressure). There is no TV in the room, but guests have full use of the kitchen and living area with Sky TV, Netflix and Disney+. Sky provides excellent broadband speed throughout the apartment. The property is within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs Plymouth has to offer in the city centre, Barbican, Hoe and Royal William Yard areas.

Guest Parking

I have a dedicated parking space in a secure, gated underground car park which is available to all guests.

The Area and Transport

I am around a 10 minute walk to the theatre which is located in Plymouth city centre. The apartment is next to the sea so the Hoe and Barbican areas are within easy walking distance. The railway station is less than 30 mins walking, or 5 mins in a taxi.

Just spent the most wonderful week in Plymouth with Stephanie at her wonderful digs. Stephanie is such a lovely laid back host who had so many great local recommendations for food, drink and days out. The room is fantastic with a really comfy bed and sole use of the bathroom. There is also free gated parking underneath the building and the walk to the theatre royal takes around 10 mins. Highly recommended.

Stephanie was a brilliant host. I felt very welcomed and looked after. Great location, cosy room and own bathroom was ideal.
Stephanie gave great recommendations for things to do in Plymouth, and went above and beyond with her hospitality. I couldn’t recommend her more.
