What does this mean?

LGBTQ+ friendly hosts offer a beautiful bright and well furnished double room with shower room for exclusive use. The rooms are on the 2nd floor which will not be used by anyone else. Very quiet so you would not be disturbed. There is a TV in the room with NetFlix. Fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the property. Fresh towels and bed linen weekly. Full use of kitchen and utility room (washing machine and tumble drier) and access to a large, beautiful garden.

Car parking is available outside the property and is covered by a security camera.

The Area and Transport

Beautiful 3 storey Edwardian detached house in quiet, leafy Edgbaston cul-de-sac. 5 minute walk to bus stop with frequent buses to city centre (approx 15 mins depending on time of day) and easy access to Hippodrome, The Rep, Alexander, Crescent, Old Rep theatres and Symphony Hall together with museums, art galleries, shopping and restaurants.

I had the most wonderful stay with Annette in Birmingham. What a star, so lovely and welcoming, would highly recommend her digs and I’d definitely be back there if I work again in the area.
