Double bedroom in terraced house. Shared bathroom and full use of kitchen, living areas and small garden. Friendly household with dog. Within easy reach of Portsmouth and Southsea's theatres and venues. A 15 minute walk from the beach.

Guest Parking

Parking on our street is for permit holders only but we can arrange a temporary parking permit for a small extra cost.

The Area and Transport

We are at the eastern end of Southsea, the beach is a 15 minute walk away and we're close to Albert Road with its numerous places to eat and drink. The house is a 20 minute walk to the Kings Theatre. The no. 2 bus stops on Highland Road (a 2 minute walk away) which will drop you outside the Kings Theatre or will take you into the city centre for easy access to New Theatre Royal and Portsmouth Guildhall. Highland Road also has Voi scooters and bikes to hire by the minute. Fratton train station is a 20 minute walk away.

Lovely quaint stay for my time at the Kings Theatre. The decor and place is clean and lovely. Harry and his partner Aaron made me feel very welcome and they have a lovely old doggy! The room is small and you will end up living out of your suitcase with no where to put your belongings for the week however, the bed is super comfy and one of the best tour beds I’ve stayed in for a while. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I stayed here while we were rehearsing for a new play. The hosts were both really welcoming and warm! Kitchen was great and the location to the kings was about 15 mins walk! Will defo stay here again! Thank you both!
