Good sized double room in 3 storey town house. Wardrobe, draws and bedside table in the room for you.
Use of kitchen, lounge and garden. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

In the house is just myself and my Labrador Molly (she is very friendly)

House is in very nice location few miles from the theatre. Parking on the drive or on the road outside the house available for you to use. If you don’t drive it’s no problem there is a bus stop just up from the house which is on a route direct into town and the bus station is just short walk from the theatre.
