The area is peaceful in a lovely village Roegreen which is a subsidiary of the Historic Worsley village with the Bridgewater canal. It's easily accessible for the motorway, bus routes to Manchester and Bolton. Pretty woodland walks, cafe bars and restaurants.

The 2 rooms have a bathroom that is shared. Generally there are not 2 guests at the same time but occasionally there are midweek but not at the week end.
The bathroom is very new and tastefully renovated including large shower and a bath.
Kitchen, dining area, conservatory and garden are all shared but it’s a quiet house and unusual to bump into anyone.

The host has a work room where therapies are done during the day and lounge.. these are off limits to lodgers.
