What does this mean?

I am a live in landlord who has a very old (built in 1600's) quirky bohemian house wishing 10-15 minutes walk to the Marlow theatre in Canterbury.

I have one spare room in what is essentially a shared house which has lodgers and/or air b and b guests and maybe a theatre digs!

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and access to the garden.

It is a small single room.
