We are perfectly positioned for commuting, sitting just fifteen minutes away from the M62 motorway for easy access to Leeds, Bradford and Manchester. Halifax Railway Station is only five minutes away, offering direct and regular train services straight to London.

This is a fully private, self-contained whole-house booking with absolutely no shared facilities. The property features a highly flexible layout that sleeps 6 guests in separate beds or 8 guests as couples or can be used as 4 separate rooms.
There is a first-floor king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, alongside a main family bathroom serving the other 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a convenient bedroom, which can be configured as either a super-king or two singles, situated on the same level as a modern en-suite.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire house, including a fully equipped private kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities. It is the perfect private setup for production departments, touring cast, or management teams.
