Living with Host
Large double room in a lovely Victorian house.
You would have your own double room, with desk and sofa/comfy chair as well as use of the sitting room, kitchen and bathroom! One of the bedrooms also has a digital piano in it as well - let me know if you'd like it in yours!
The back room is carpeted, and the front room sanded floorboards.
Shared bathroom and kitchen - both very recently modernised. Use of the sitting room - also recently redone! Whole house double glazed. Pet and smoke free home.
You are welcome to cook and make the house your own, including sunbathing in the garden! Washing machine and space for bikes if needed.

The Area and Transport
Free on road parking, and 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop at Firswood, as well as just around the corner from the bus.
Super quick links to the city centre (Exchange Theatre, Palace, Opera House), ThLowry, Altrincham, Space Studios, airport etc.

Sarah is a lovely host and her home is wonderful. Very clean and tidy and very comfortable. I was made very welcome. Great transport links and a great area. This house is one of the best places I have stayed whilst touring.

I had a very lovely stay at Sarah's! She was not there, but made check-in seamless and was always easy to communicate. The house was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The room is an amazing size, and it's an easy walk to the tram. Highly, highly recommend!

The communication was excellent - always got back instantly and left very clear instructions. Our daily schedules were so different that we didn't actually meet until the final day, and when we did Sarah was absolutely lovely. It did mean it felt like renting a whole house to myself for a week! Very clean, lovely interior, comfy bed, spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space, powerful shower, free parking & easy travel to the theatre via car and tram. The perfect stay, I hope to visit again :)

Had a brilliant time staying at Sarah’s over Christmas, very comfortable bed and a really nice room. Great kitchen too. Sarah and Laurence were both so kind and welcoming to me. The Lowry was relatively easy to get to either by tram (30 mins give or take) or Uber (15/20 mins under £10). Easy to get into central Manchester as well.
Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sarah for being such a great host!

Sarah’s accommodation is lovely. Communication was excellent. Sarah and another guest were really friendly and made me feel really welcome. Easy transport in to the centre. Would definitely book again.

A lovely house and a lovely couple. Really felt like a home away from home, super friendly; knowledgeable and helpful and a lovely spacious bedroom. Honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. It was an absolute joy.

Sarah is clearly an experienced host, she had thought of everything. The location is great, a little bit of a long walk to the Lowry but plenty of public transport or a short drive. It was a pleasure to stay for 2 weeks would definitly recommend !
