What does this mean?

Spacious furnished double room in lovely Victorian semi. Twenty five - twenty eight minute door to door commute to Sheffield Theatres on yellow Supertram (Leppings Lane stop 3 mins walk from house), which runs every ten to twelve mins in day and every 30 mins at night. Last tram back from Cathedral is 23.53 Mon-Sat and 23.36 Sundays/BHs.

Sharing with busy trainee Occupational Therapist, so bathroom/kitchen sharing a breeze! Shareable kitchen facilities and bath/shower. Wi-Fi, TV/DVD/YouView TV box in lounge. Washing machine (but no dryer). Big light lounge. Small back garden, colorful much of year! Free street parking. Flexible check-in.

Storage includes some of drawers in pic and space in a small wardrobe too.

The house is in the leafy end of Hillsborough, opposite the top end of Hillsborough Park and gorgeous Walled Gardens. Accessible countryside and shops/cafes all within walking distance.

Loved staying at Laura’s home, comfy clean and lovely host for my trip

Had a fantastic stay at Laura's place. The house was easy to find, really comfortable and the lovely bed and bedroom were perfect for a good nights rest. Laura was really relaxed and great at communicating. The location was safe and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Sheffield.
